What are our fees?  That's a GREAT question! 

 

It is our desire to keep the cost of an event as minimal as possible to the host.  Our fees are designed to cover the expense of an event, feed the family, keep the bus on the road, and the ministry moving forward.  Every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum and expenses low so that we can go into all churches - large and small!  

 

  • Within a 2 hour radius of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, we have a minimum fee of $400 from the church (pre-paid), plus  a love offering during the event, the ability to set up a product table and a meal (this can be as simple as peanut butter and jelly, a fellowship meal, or whatever is easiest on the church/event host).
  • Outside of the 2 hour radius, the fee to the church (pre-paid) will be based on mileage (with a minimum fee of $400), plus  a love offering from the people during the event, the ability to set up a product table, a meal(this can be as simple as peanut butter and jelly, a fellowship meal, or whatever is easiest on the church/event host). 
  • If your church would like to have us, but is unable to cover the expenses, PLEASE contact us!  We aren't looking to get rich, just to feed the family and keep the ministry going.  It is often possible to help us get into another church in the area, and they can split the expenses. 
  • Have an event that is not compatible with a love offering? Let us know and we can quote you a set fee.
